    Although , I couldn't open the .jpg due to my finetopix user privileges limitation , but it is clear from your explanation that the radiation pattern is not the same for M45 and P45 .

    The attenuation is different a little bit . e.g Huawei ADU4518R7 , 882Mhz , 0 electrical tilt , both patterns for m45 and p45 are listed below:

    If you check the gain and vertical beam width for +45 and -45 with the same electrical tilt radiation pattern , there is a slight difference .
