I can only find the OEP, but can't mend the iat.

First, you'd better to check your lic, to find whether it's with ECC.
If it's with ECC, you had to path it.
If it isn't with ECC, you can find the SEEDs (two seeds), then you can generate lic with...

The Flexgen is a little bit more old now.
We use flexlm sdk 11.4 to generate lic, if there's no ECC.
