h6emu.cat is included in HASPSRMemulator.rar.
h6emu.cat from the other archive is identical to all other VUSBBUs based emulators (original file name = vusbbus.cat)
of this emulator I have...

Since there is a smaller file (vusbbus.cat)
is identical with h6emu.cat and contains only text.
Maybe this helps....
