I am looking for a script to configure an E******* DUL in an RBS6601 that will turn on the RF so that it can be analyzed with a Spectrum Analyzer.

Theres not much to it. Run the fiber from the RBS to the RRU. Take the 7/16 RF output to the Antenna or TMA.

Could you please share the method for comission the RBS 6601 without a connection to the network. That is, standalone with a laptop only.
