5G NR has 1 ms subframe. TTI is 1ms as in LTE. But based on the chosen numerology i.e. sub-carrier spacing of 15/30/60/120/240 MHz can have 1/2/4/8/16 slots i.e. 14/28/56/112/224 symbols.
