3G and LTE Optimization Engineer for IRAN

Hi all

We are looking for candidates for 3G and LTE Optimization project for MCCI operator ( Biggest operator in IRAN ).


3G NOKIA ( WCDMA17 ) with below competency :

· RNC Dimensioning and RF Planning with the help Asset and Atoll.
· SC planning/ re-planning
· Knowing Propagation models, link budget, RAB, SC, etc. concepts for manual planning and optimization.
· 3G Analyst & Consultant
· Achieving KPI Accessibility, Retainability & Mobility
· Network Parameter Audit and Global Optimization Plan & Strategy
· Providing KPI on daily and weekly basis
· Monitoring & Supervising of RF performance of RNCs and clear deficiencies
· Optimizing and raising solution for HSPA improvement
· Setting IRAT parameters for optimized interaction between 2G and 3G networks.
· Integration and parameter implementation on a live 3G network.
· DT analysis and providing solutions for, RSCP, Ec/Io and H-Throughput and raising CRs for physical changes.
· Inconsistency checking for whole 3G network
· Trainings and knowledge transfer for RANOPT and RANPAR.
· Giving presentation on 3G/UMTS optimization/planning strategies, bottleneck and roadmap
·

LTE NOKIA ( L17A ) with below competency : · LTE Cell planning - PRACH , PCI , ...
· LTE Interworking parameter tuning
· LTE Main KPIs improvement
· LTE DT analysis and SINR improvement
· BaseLine parameter alignment
· Working with SRAN equipment and troubleshooting


Knowledge and hands on experience on SON(Eden-Net) NOKIA will be a positive option.

Needless to say that the EXPAT should be able to speak English fluently and should have hands-on skills on working with basic standard SW/computer programs. E.g Microsoft office, TEMS, MapInfo, G-earth, etc..

I heard the rates in IRAN are now in local currency and its very difficult to transfer money abroad, Is it so? Many expats left after that decision was made recently.
