Reqeuest eNodeB offline LMT

Dear Experts,
I would like to request the offline LMT for BTS 3900 eNodB release over 12 is ok.Could someone help to share?

just use bts3900 at 4shared.
sort by date, and download file with LMT or biggest size.
it seems to me "ALL" in the ZIP filename - also contains Web LMT.

Your sharing is helpful but i didn't get the BTS3900 eNodeB offline LMT.Only got NodeB and BSC and it' can't open in my laptop. If you have another useful link please kindly share to me.
