CM 5000 SCIO Link Error

Hello,
i got an Cleartone CM5000 from an Friend with this Error (SCIO Link-Error).
Could you have some Tips to fix it ?
Software I Have:
- Application Writer 1.0
- Native Programmer 1.0.19
- Panel Writer 2.1

Try to reprogram the radio FW + corresponding Panel FW as it might be mismatch between their versions.
