hope this will help...mainly it is related to increase throughput...
in case of e*******, you can check PUCCH congestion count also
Hi, please try build new KPI about Hard Congestion, Soft Congestion, Paging Congestion, Radio Resource capacity.
RRC resource congestion rate = L.RRC.SetupFail.ResFail/L.RRC.ConnReq.Att*100 <0%
E-RAB resource congestion rate = L.E-RAB.FailEst.NoRadioRes/L.E-RAB.AttEst*100<0%
UL_PRB_Utilization_Rate = L.ChMeas.PRB.UL.Used.Avg/L.ChMeas.PRB.UL.Avail*100 <70% && UL User Throughput = L.Thrp.bits.UL/L.Thrp.Time.UL/1000 >512kbps
DL_PRB_Utilization_Rate = L.ChMeas.PRB.DL.Used.Avg/L.ChMeas.PRB.DL.Avail <70% && DL User Throughput = L.Thrp.bits.DL/L.Thrp.Time.DL/1000000 >5Mbps

all good advice but still missing the BBU capacity number of users... and that affects the whole eNodeB
cant help you much you need documentation... it´s a table like this. sum up users in all sectors and if close to this ...then you cant do much to avoid congestion...
