RNO and RNP team

Dears,
What you think about RNO and RNP teams works separately?

for us it is separate and it is wokring fine as of yet.
planning is more of budgeting, regulatory guidelines, new coverage, infill with optimization inputs.

RNO is day to day optimization, DT, bench, new features.

for my point of view must be separated especialy for big Projects,thanks

All Above are right, merge the RNP & RNO will loss focusing on the tasks

Different teams may be appropriate when involving large geographic regions. Otherwise, it can be the same team, as it allows the reduction of operating costs...:)
