Greeting!
After implement MRO, Accessibility and HOSR ( IN and OUT) improved a lot but throughput decreased in BH and Day level.
Hereby Its requested to all Expert...
Kindly suggest to improve DL user throughput further in that case.

Are you sure it is really impacted as from your chart I believe it is almost the same, no ?
Im not sure, but if Accessibility and hosr increase, network load should increase too because of network stability, so network load increase, but throughput decrease. Do you check dayly traffic?
