As you my read, WhatsApp will stop working on windows phones after 31, December, 2019 [almost one week]
I;m searching about any workaround to let it keep working after above date but still didn't find reliable solution..
If you any suggestions, let me know quickly please
You need unlock via WP Application Deployment, try to search on XDA.

I think you should simply change your Smartphone to a much stable brand. like apple , samsung and sony.
