For traffic degradation problem on 2G/3G/4G, how could I know if this degradation is due to HW/configuration problem or due that reduction on number of subscribers on this area?
-check long historical traffic trend to confirm is this issue happen regularly or not
-check availability to confirm there is unavailability problem or not
in parallel checking the news it can be holiday period, competitor giving crazy promotion to their customer.
