Huawei has only two modes: Pa = 0, Pb = 1; and Pa = -3, Pb = 1 /

Hi Slava121,
I know that some vendors do have a restriction to not allow more than 3dB boost and that you need to reduce Pb (PDSCH type B) to free up some power for allocation on RS.
Is this confirmed information, that Huawei only allows up to 3dB boost?
