Fast return to wcdma issue in E// BSC evo

Hi Expert,
Some 2G sites(in certain Area) stops performing fast return to 3G(at the same time but No synchro or trans issue in this sites), And continue to perform fast return to LTE without any issue.
Did any one encounter this issue before ?

Check feature first! Then check paramenter FASTRET3G set "YES" value on BSC ERA yet!
