I'm working with an operator but my m2000 doesnt have the online help available, when I have an alarm I dont have the option for solution, recommended actions..etc, many of the alrams are KPI related, zero traffic, RAB...failure.. and I don't have any idea of the cause, I can check some performance counters but many times I dont know what the KPI is measuring.
Could you provide the alarm reference for ran13 when using the M2000??

I need to convert many nb in ATM-IP configuration to only Ip, I have been doing it manually using the CME tool, one by one, but now I have to do many and I dont have any idea how to do it.
