Today i've spend some time for trying to understand, how can LDR helps to reduce power congestion. And i've found that it doesn't have suitable way for HS. All suggestions work only for DCH in common. For HS exists (for all resourse congestion) only Inter-Frequency Load Handover and Inter-RAT Handover in PS Domain. But this is not way, which can really can help me.

Now i've found only one sollution for HS service (Huawei) - to increase number of UL equivalent user number. :rolleyes:

Becareful if you increase EUL,
keep monitoring your Noise Rise (RTWP)..
increasing the EUL will allow more user to access cell (increase accessibility), but PS Drop Call will increase (decrease retainibility) and shrink your coverage (cell breathing)

Enhanced Uplink (EUL) is just "tricky" way. I already did to overcame big increasing traffic but make problem with all KPI :Q

I will try to see mode compressed in WCDMA .

reduce ULGBR is another solution - default is 64kbps.
Reduction it to 32 or even 16 will immediately solve your problem ;-)
