SPC is cold patch...SPH is hot patch.

Dear Huawei experts, I need your help with latest UTRAN release R14.

I'm looking for the following file related to PCHR analyzer (RNC) - V900R014C00SPC510.xml or any started with V900R014xxxxxx

what is your RAN version?

I do not have a direct access to OSS (M2000). I'll ask someone from IT department to do it.
