My suggestion is that no of posts should be less. The Quality of post should matter more than the No
Actually the problem is, All posts have equal weight.Logically it shouldn't be so.
If someone is sharing a very good document/experience then he should be getting more points/reputatuion for encouragement otherwise he would also share the common material which we see everyday, just to raise his number of posts & reputation.
