I Have two alarm on UBBP IN BBU 3910

INTER-BOARD SERVICE LINK FAILURE

HOW TO REMOVE THIS ALARM ????

usually when we face such alarm we swap UBBP card

I would start with a board HW check:

This how to start and display the online HW test (no service interruption):

STR HWOLTST and DSP HWOLTSTRESULT

This is how to start and display an offline HW test (there is service interruption):

STR HWTST and DSP HWTSTRESULT

There is a chance that the HEI port, HEI interface, or HEI cable is not correct and the board itself is fine.
