Rehoming Auto-Neighbors generation

Have you ever used any of Huawei tool to automatically generate
Neighbors for sites to be Rehomed from BSC/RNC_A to BSC/RNC_B ?

is it accurate?

No, i do not know any Huawei tool that can do this, do you know of any Huawei tools that can do it?

Huawei SMART RNO is the tool.Can do this & much more...Unfortunately No crack yet

i was using CME previously,
but somehow the result is a bit inaccurate and we repeat again all of the process with manual method :(
