Cell Congestion Indication [Huawei]

Hi experts,



Does anyone know about how Huawei run the Cell Congestion Indication?
As far I know, It is possible activate the feature and when the RB on UL or DL is about the thershold, the cell congestion information will be reported by the eNodeB using the extended GTP-U headers to the EPC.
