In my country, one operator have successfully implement 3G U900 (900Mhz), but we found some cells have high RTWP not because of external interference.
After some investigation we found high RTWP due to Narrowband. Huawei have solution to reduce RTWP by implement Feature Narrowband Interference Suppression..

if you have to use the NBIS is because you have external interference or intermodulation, the NBIS is a temporal solution only used during the time you are working in the problem.
The activation of the NBIS affect traffic, of course if you have interference it helps and it improve everything but it isnt a permanent solution. Im in Denmark and we have interference problems everyday, comming from HW problems in the site, cable, connectors, antenna..etc. comming from external devices like ship radio repeaters, faulty TV amplifiers..etc. The activation of the NBIS is the last choice when you cant suppress the interference.

Hi all,
Is there any similat feature in NSN , to reduce interference. Could you also recommend when we increase u900 power from 40 w to 60 w to enhance throughput: is it better to keep the same CPICH or to increase it ?
