User Account Control UAC - CME Installation Error

Dears,

EachTime, I try to install CME
I face below Error message even after I modify it to Never Notify

Do you have any idea, how to solve it

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Use.r Accounts
change UAC to never notify then reset your pc .

I did it but still couldn't install CME as windows 8 doesn't disable UAC completley even if you choose Never Notify..

After searching, I found the solution is disabling UAC from Registry
