As I'm trying to trouble shoout on a problem where, RNC receiving Iu release and during intersystem change & 3G to 3G RA update.

By the way what is the timer that controls the Iu release in the UGW, during intersystem change or the RAU between different RNC?
There was no SRNS context exchanged between CN & RNC, and there was Iu release,
