BAD KPI After Replacing BSC6600 with BSC6680

Dear Experts :


After we did a replace for one BSC6600 with a new one BSC6680 (V3R7) a BAD KPI values for 1x Voice and data services of (Call Setup , Call Drop, Soft handoff Ratio, Forward power Congestion, Soft Handoff success ratio,registration success ration)

every thing goes to bad.


At first we configure the sector carriers according to new BSC defaults value, then we change it to the Old values as it was in old BSC but nothing changed.


So if any One has face such problem he may help us in solving the problem.
