Cell reselection UMTS

Hi, everyone. Need some help in deploing multicarrier strategy on network. Can you explain parameters IdleSintrasearch and connsintrasearch, qhyst related parameters in command "mod ucellselresel". Plot is prevent users from camping to 2nd carrier in idle mode and allow only drd in case of 1st carrier overload...

- IdleSintrasearch: Intra-freq cell reselection threshold for idle mode
- connsintrasearch: Intra-freq cell reselection threshold for connected mode. Connected mode are: CELL_FACH, CELL_PCH, or
URA_PCH state
- connsintrasearch is used when you enable SIB4. In normal 3G system not use SIB4. so in connected mode ue use IdleSintrasearch
