sometimes word can't open picture

words 2007 some times can't display picture corrrectly. does someone has this kind of problem?

it worked on word2003 before

LOL it depends on the version of word that was used to create the document and the type of image inserted into the document.. Usually even 2003 will open up a word with images., but word 2010 will allow pictures like .png and other extensions to be added that word 2003 will not decode as that version of office did not include a .png codec.
