Huawei ATCA MSC majic by improving CSSR on cell

Dear

Just to share with you huawei hidden majic in it is New MSC as we had problem when we made Swap for MSC from G9 to ATCA with change two soft parameter on MSCs which they are P173 and P175.

attaches are the chart for CSSR and TCH assignment improvement with parameters description .

Kindly if do the test share the result if you have the same .

Could u please share document explain all MSC parameters?

which value do you put? the default value?

iam not nss experience and the timer been tuned as from RF side the cssr reduced due to tch asignment failure increased.

Hi freind

could you please tell what cmds used to view these parameters and if you have a document explain every parameter for new and old MSC ( c9 , ATCA).

Also which parameter has influence on handoff (inter-MSC , Inter-BSC)

Is this cmd which give you p173,P175 LST MSFP or not.

i have KPI TCH assignment fail it high after cutover from E// MSC to NSN MSC,BSS part was fixed(NSN BSC).
you giude me about HW core,but i need same functionality in NSN core too.

HW MSC have kind of function to avoid the value of

assignment failure seem high which come from this case(receive "disconnet" message
from MS)

Please let me know what is the exactly parameters and features i must set
in NSN core sides to improve TCH Ass fails?

my core side is NSN MSC(MGW+MSS) and my BSS side is NSN(S14)


i recieved 2 recommendation,but i dont know what parameters in core side can resolve problem:
1. MSC Assignment Complete timer too low, check its value and modfy that.
2. MSC behavior when receiving a Disconnect from the MS before the assignment complete procedure finish

does any one from Nokia Core Network know about a feature to correct this case?

Additionally please guide me about above timers in core and BSS sides.

Iam so sorry as i don't have experience in NSN and also iam RF , this parameter been tuned by Huawei team when we found that TCH assignment going down after cutover.

I really don"t know as this is pure NSS timer . it is ask NSS engineer if they can find this .
