PCHR Analyzer - AlgorithmCfg.xml ??

Hi all!


I have the following question:


I'm trying to find missing neighbor using "PCHR Analyzer" Huawei.

It's my only choise, because i haven't Nastar (i can't fake the dongle).


And the free version of "Aexio Xeus" neither can do that.

So, i only have "PCHR Analizer", but when i try to use the
Neighbor Procces (Priority or Missing). The tool shows an error message:


"Read neighbor algorithm config file AlgorithmCfg.xml error!"


Where is this file?
How i can create the file?
