anyone can share how many type of congestion and how to fix them in huawei parameter

So now i need to know how may type of congestion and how to fix it in each type . please many thank.

TCH congestion
- if TRX fail -> you need resolve the equipment problem
- if the traffic over utilized, some solutions: increasing the half rate% should be the first option. Adjust the azimuth, downtilt to offload the traffic from congested cell to others. Load Sharing by Handover is also on option. Finally, if those cant help you need to add more equipment (DRU)
Just my opinion.

what u want in AMR optimization. as far as i seen recomended parameter for codec set works well in system
