For GSM you may try to choose in WebLMT Monitoring Interference Band of Channel

Will it effect the services of the network

Yes it will, everytime you will disable FH and then reactivate it all user using TCH or PDTCh will be dropped .
You must check the worst frequency and then change it or pay attention to VSWR or external sources.
