Help: GSM Nastar and OMSTAR

Hi all,

I need your help.

GMS Nastar neighbor import error.
Not matched, can you give me tutorial.

OMSTAR login cannot connect to sql server.
Help me how to configure SQL to login OMSTAR.

For nastar neighbor :
_neighbor list to import to nastar have 4 field : CI., LAC, N.CI and N.LAC
_parameter import to nastar need correct especial CI, LAC , it will mapping to neighbor list.

OMSTAR:

remove all SQL in your laptop then reinstall following the guide of document, it's ok.
