LATEST POWER CONTROL 3 GBSS 13.0 RECOMMENDED SETTINGS FROM HUAWEI

Hi Everyone,

Kindly find attached the latest PC3 recommended settings from Huawei. Dear Experts kindly shower your expertise on these settings.

We have implemented the PC3 Optimized settings from the file on PC2 and PC3 BSCs and have seen improvement in RXQual DL and UL majorly. Not much improvement in DCR.
