BSC level MML Command

Dears,

Do you know/ have Huawei 6900 BSC level MML commands?
My objective: is to run only 1 command at BSC level instead of running hundrends commands

For example: if I'd like to enable 2G-3G Handover
shall I do it for each cell in my BSC (I've 400 cells = 400 scripts/ commands) or could I do it using just 1 script/ command applying

As I know it is impossible.
If you wand to decreace your workload you may use CME (batch modification).
