Downlink Power Congestion Counter RAN 12

Dear All,

Need your help to find the counter to check Downlink Power Congestion Counter in RAN 12

Previously in RAN 11 we use counters as below.
VS.RAC.R99.Power.Cong

VS.RAC.HSDPA.Power.Cong
VS.RAC.Total.Power.Cong

for CS: VS.RAB.FailEstabCS.DLPower.Cong

Thanks for the reply, I know that counter but it seem different with these
VS.RAC.R99.Power.Cong
VS.RAC.HSDPA.Power.Cong
VS.RAC.Total.Power.Cong

Yeah!
These counters which start with "VS.RAC" give us the power congestion for different attempts from same user, i.e the user first attempted for 384kbps but due to less power available it was finally given 128kbps service, so user finally got some channel but this counter still shows you congestion....

the other counters "VS.RAB.failestab" show congestion only when user was't given any channel.
