TEMS POCKET RESTORE FOR Z750i

Hi can anyone please help me. I have a SE Z750i phone which i recently had flashed because it stopped coming on. Now after flashing it the TEMS software has dissappeared. Can anyone please tell me how to recover or install a new one!!!:(

Need to reflash TEMS firmware, and apply new license
