Rxquality Formula

Hi
Anyone have the formula and related counters (for BSC6900) to measure Rxquality cellwise? As far as I know there are counters that give Rxquality TRX wise only in Huawei.
Also which counter is better suited to measure Rxquality?
1. Number of MRs on Uplink[or Downlink](Mean Receive Quality Rank0-7)(counters:CS410,412...,417) ,or
2. Number of MRs on Uplink[or Downlink](Receive Quality Rank 0-7)(counters:NCS412,413,414,415)

I do have the counter description. What i wanted to know was which counter is suitable for calculating Rxquality
