PCHR Analysis

I am looking for PCHR software for R12 for Huawei. I have done a search in this forum and found one but that doesn't work for R12.

Also could anyone tell me if there are counters for RSSI, Ec/No, Propagation, or SHO usage in Huawei or all these are only available through NASTER or CHR analysis.
