How to count the total number of locked TRXs in your network?

- If there's no general solution, so I'm asking regarding Siemens equipments

Another point please regarding TRXs,
if we have congestion in one cell and we need to add new TRX
How many TRXs we have to add?
what's the criterion of determining the required number of TRXs?

First of all check the TRx radiating in sector suppose u have 4 Trx raditing ,according to 2% GOS it will take upto max of 21erl .
if traffic comes above that blocking occurs and that you can get from SPOTS ie TCH_BLOCKS/TCH_attempts.
based on same you can add TRx .

More deeper suppose you have 4 Trx and 4 SD and 4 data TS diffened, then your actuall channel available will be 23 ie [=32-1(BCCH)-4(SD)-4(DataTS)].
so with 23 channels the max Erl with FR is 15.06Erl.as HR is present it may go upto 27erl without blocking subject to your HR thresholds.
