Thats weird, because in our network PS drop improved a lot for most RNCs. Can you send me your formula so I can compare. Did you already enabled ISHO Cancellation?

In our network, only SHO PS and HSDPA Retainability are degraded after RU10 upgrade, others maintained or improved.

I created this thread for comparing RNC parameters after RAS 5.1 to RAS 06 to RU10 upgrade. Might be the answer to your NRT drop degradation.
