Well Actually New Featuers between RU10 and RU20 are really interesting:

HSDPA 64QAM Coding
Dual-cell (same WBTS sector) HSDPA 42 Mbps (Need 64QAM Featuer)
HSUPA 2ms TTI
Fractional DPCH and Continuous packet connectivity
Flexible RLC (DL) -Important one-
Power Saving Mode for BTS
LTE interworking
HSPA 72 Users Per Cell

of course those are really expensive featuers ;)

Librarry NED20 i have, but i havent shared.. plz patience :)
RNC 2600 ??? is it Nokia RNC
As long as i know RNC Nokia just max 450 with 2 racks (cmiiw)
RNC 2600 ?? any body can share its capacity ??

1. HSDPA 64QAM Coding For RU10, what kind of QAM that use... ??
2. Dual-cell (same WBTS sector) HSDPA 42 Mbps (Need 64QAM Featuer), we still use RU10 but we can use 2 Cell in One Radio Module ...
So without adding new RF Module, we can create new 3 Cell that prefer to serve HSDPA packet ....(cmiiw)
3. HSUPA 2ms TTI Need more Info ?? TTI ?? 2 ms ??
4. Fractional DPCH and Continuous packet connectivity More info please :)
5. Flexible RLC (DL) -Important one- ??
6. Power Saving Mode for BTS Why ??
7. LTE interworking yup, i heard from NSN that RU20 will compatible with LTE
8. HSPA 72 Users Per Cell, RU10, just support 16 HSDPA User per Cell (cmiiw)

Great info...
But still thristy about new feature RU20...

1. HSDPA 64QAM Coding Functional description
3GPP Rel7 introduces 64QAM modulation for HSDPA. 64QAM modulates six bits persymbol and increases the HSDPA peak data rate up to 21.1 Mbps. New HSDPA terminal categories 13, 14, 17 & 18 support 64QAM. Practical throughput that can be achieved with this feature is limited by radio reception:
Maximum theoretical throughput 21.1 Mbps of category 14 and category 18 terminals would require the use of coding rate close to one. Coding rate 1 requires effectively error free reception without error correction coding.Targeting at error-free reception reduces the system efficiency and capacity. In all practical conditions the throughput will be decreased if used coding rates are close to one.
Quality of radio reception depends on aspects such as received signal strength, radio channel and interference, transmitter and receiver imperfections. 64QAM is even more sensitive to the quality of radio reception than 16QAM. The link adaptation algorithm in the BTS selects 64QAM when the channel quality is sufficient and the UE is 64QAM capable. If UE is 64QAM capable and the BTS supports flexible RLC PDU sizes, for example MAC-ehs is configured together with the corresponding license availability, then HSDPA 64QAM can be used. 64QAM is an optional feature for the UE and the 64QAM capability is signaled to the RNC in the RRC connection setup.

2 Dual-cell HSDPA of 3GPP Rel 8 uses two adjacent WCDMA carriers to transmit data for a single UE. Together with 64QAM, the peak bit rate is 42 Mbit/s

3. HSUPA 2ms TTI This feature enables HSUPA 2ms TTI (Transmission Time Interval). It also maps the SRBs (Signalling Radio Bearer) on HSUPA, if 2ms TTI is assigned to the UE. Mapping of SRBs on UL E-DCH enables the use of 2xSF2 + 2xSF4 code in UE to support uplink HSUPA bit rate up to 5.8Mbps
TTI: is a parameter related to encapsulation of data from higher layers into frames for transmission on the radio link layer

4. Fractional DPCH and Continuous packet connectivity :This feature introduces discontinuous uplink DPCCH transmission and discontinuous downlink reception with HSPA, which improves the end-user HSPA experience,It increases more than 50% talk time with Voice over HSPA and even higher energy saving figures can be achieved with web browsing. Long battery life-time makes it possible to offer true always-on type of services to the end-users. Better user experience can be offered to CPC capable UEs by keeping them longer in cell_DCH state in case of interactive and background traffic.

Flexible RLC (DL) This feature is a part of the basic software. RLC supports Flexible RLC PDU size instead of fixed PDU size. It reduces the processing requirements and RLC layer overhead.
Flexible RLC enables achieving of significantly larger RLC PDU sizes (up to 1502 bytes according to 3GPP specifications) comparing to the maximum fixed RLC PDU size of 82 bytes. From 3GPP specification point of view, enhanced layer 2 is a requirement for high HSPA+ bit rates.

Power Saving Mode for BTS In Power Saving Mode for BTS (PWSM) a cell (or multiple cells) is shut down during low load periods. A cell is activated on need basis if the traffic load of other active cells is increased

HSPA 72 Users Per Cell Introduction to the feature
This feature increases the number of simultaneous HSPA (HSDPA and HSUPA) users to 72 per cell. Due to this increase, the number of DL HSDPA and HSUPA control channels is increased. Additionally, dynamic allocation of the DL code space used by these channels is enhanced.
