how do I convert Mapinfo maps for use with ATOLL Planning tool？ Can anyone help me?

you can simply export your tab to mif. Now you can import into any version of atoll. If you want to import DTM or clutter first Convert the file to BIL format- many convertors are available on net. new atoll version accepts all formats however.
