I have BSC dumps from Nokia rel. 12 BSC, but I'm looking for a way to parse it into readable format using either a excel macro or specialized software.

Can anyone one help?

You can use Nokia Plan Editor, result is in acess mdb

The plan Editor is the solution for generating XMLs but reading the Dump through Microsoft Access is the best way

writing macro in HIT is wonderfull.

I'm new in NSN S14, now i have S14 dump in text format and want to extract it in either ACCESS or EXCEL format. May you please help me how can convert it? Also i used Nokia plan Editor v.4.6, but after installation i get: Missing Lisence files error, can you help me what is the reason?

As i know,for the Plan Edit you need license file in extension ".lf"
Copy the planedit3.lf file to folder C:\Program Files\Nokia Siemens NetAct Plan Editor 4-6-5
