Does anybody have any experience with Remote Antenna Management Systems that could be used for centralized Remote Electrical Tilts (RET) and antenna database management?

yes,
It is good. We have been using this with nokia flexi from 2008.

yes i agree. it's very nice from optimization point of view - easy to implement if you make cluster optimization and after to verify the changes you made.
