High TCH and SDCCH blocking

I am facing High TCH and SDCCH blocking on all sectors of GSM dual band site . site configration is S-444/222. we are using Huawei BTS 3012 AE

your valuable suggestions are required to resolve this issue.

if you are using Huawei I have questions for you:
what are values of followings of problem sectors
1)SDCDR=?
2)CDR=?
3)S_cong=?
4)T_cong=?
Are you drive-tested sectors ?
What are about congestions on problem sectors ?

Chek amount traffick..??
and make sure that ur network capacity is available ??
use Erlang table...
if traffick is less than Ur capacity

Check ur alarm Hardware ??
