no need to save 5 points for this file, one of the best ebook about signaling in UMTS I've seen before. the author of this book is also for the wel_known one "UTRAN KPI performance measurement".

Actuallt this is not really new rule,
it has been run about 1-2 year ago..

u can check at ur post, and look detail at the right-up side
any new status, is "credit"
each u donwload at this forum u will lost 5 credit..
when ur credit empty, is meant that u can't download anymore..

U can increase ur credit by doing
1. posting, each posting u get 1 credit
2. U share attachment at forum, and u get credit each downloaded
3. U get THANX or REP (cmiiw)..
