AT Command for E*******

AT commands are issued to the modem to control the modem's operation and software configuration. AT commands can only be entered while the modem is in command mode.

Thanks man for that nice doc, but can i have more explanation? for examlpe the result of the command that returns the RSSI (Rxlev, RSCP) is 13.1 (between 2 & 30), what does it means?
Has someone the Same doc for other mobile (Nokia, Sumsung..)?
