The problem with that approach is that you will also increase uplink interference..

It is incorrect (the first one is meaningful in case of external interference), the last of two is incorrect or at least people dont used tham as the recommendation

this suggestion is taken for decrease access probe, not more than 4, so decrease access probe will decrease Call setup time, is it right?
