Hi, seems like interesting tool :)
For which commercial probes/ SW tools - logs it is tested and working ?
It should definetely copy the header which is typical to some tools, to be able to open it correctly in , for example 2 files of half size made out of one bigger in size ... just example and my free flow of thoughts ... please, tell us more ...

This tool is useful if you work in ms excel 2007 there are limitations ROW (65536) , the solution is to divide these files with a few parts or using another tools like ultraedit, can be applied in an BTS Siemens alarm without a header
